OUR VISION

The Boynton Harbor Marina area has long been a favorite place to enjoy dining on the water arriving either by car or boat. It is now our vision to add many new services and to modernize the Marina without losing its “old salt” atmosphere.  These plans include the area from the Promenade Park nature walk south to the Ocean Avenue district.

Renovations are divided into two phases:

  • Phase I
  • *Slip Renovation: completed

    *Fuel Dock Replacement: completed

*Ocean Avenue Entry Feature/Open, green space: completed

  • Phase II
  • *The Boynton Harbor Marina Signage & Landscaping Project will provide a smaller version of the Marina signage and landscaping at the northern entrance to the Marina, located at the southeast corner of Federal Highway and Boynton Beach Blvd.: ongoing

*New Harbor Master building with public restrooms, a large, waterfront “open space,” traffic flow enhancements and additional signage: ongoingjjj
The marina renovation project is an integral component of the Boynton Beach Downtown Master Plan and has also been identified by Palm Beach County’s Overall Economic Development Program as one of four “Marina Villages” under the County’s Strategic Economic Development Plan. The Boynton Harbor Marina will be the first of the proposed villages to be developed and will set the precedent for design, materials, structures, safety and accessibility standards for future projects.
